Hidden amongst the blue waters in Sentosa, is the Sentosa Cove littered with a mix of dining by the cove options and the lush breeze gently lapping. How about dining and chilling with a glass while admiring the beautiful yachts by the cove?  If this sounds like a deal, then come on up to Museo, located on the 2nd level along the dining establishments by the cove.

Museo, which means museum in Italian displays fine art exhibits and redefines the contemporary vibe with a gastronomic dining experience.

Come wind-down to this peaceful sanctuary with a sunset dining experience.

We had some wonderful cocktails for the night that the inquisitive, fun-loving you will be sure to enjoy too.  Museo has concocted a range of 30 cocktails which includes 10 brand new creations.

Cucumber Mojito ($16) is a dietary cocktail made from white rum, cucumber, mint, and citrus. Enjoy hints of freshness and added health benefits with its vitamin contents.

This was my favourite drink for the night and I am sure many ladies will find this cocktail light and easy to consume.

The cocktail was paired with Tuna Tataki ($12).

All the pairings mentioned in this post are served in a dine-in-a-cup concept where food are served in a cup-size portion.

Museo By The Bay ($22) was mixed with freshly squeezed lemon juice, Apricot liqueur shaken with premium bourbon, egg white, fresh blackberries and topped with a splash of red wine.

Fruity paradise indeed.

It was served with Deep Fried Camembert Cheese ($13).

Yummy stuff.

Floral Melon Cooler ($18), another dietary cocktail was created from watermelon flesh, French elderflower liqueur, fresh citrus, and splashes of  vodka. Once again,  this cooler comes packed with health benefits as watermelon helps to improve blood pressure.

The melon cooler is best paired with Lavender Prawns ($14).

Here are some behind-the-scenes as the drinks were concocted by the talented bartender.

You may find the setup familiar. Yes, that's because Museo is set up by the same brand creators from Arteastiq Boutique Tea House — famous for their unique tea collections and offerings of social painting. Similarly in Museo, you too can enjoy painting amidst the fine dining theme.

Not Just Cocktails

Casa Silva Sauvignon Blanc ($16/glass; $38.80/carafe; $60/bottle), a fresh, clean white wine with star-bright straw tones with honey hues. It boasts an aroma of fresh apricots and mangoes and a palate of crunchy white fruits with a subtle honey backbone.

Perfect pairing with Cold Pasta ($11).

Casa Silva Sauvignon Reserva (same price as above), an expressive red wine with notes of ripe fruits, cherry, strawberry, and chocolate, well-balanced with French oak. Described as a harmoniously balanced, elegant wine with soft tannins and a long finish.

Served with BBQ Beef Short Ribs ($18).

Museo offers three Cheers vouchers which will give you:

I was introduced to Elemen and fell in love with their vegetarian and wellness concept. To began with, I am definitely not the faithful vegetarian, loving more to have my fair share of meat as well. But being in Elemen really did change my perception and enlighten me on the creatives and nutrients vegetarian dishes can bring. Not only so but Elemen prides themselves in promoting a harmonious and sustainable environment with the way the food ingredients are sourced from. Amazingly popular with the local crowd, we turned up to a full-house full of patrons.

$15.80

The aromatic truffle oil waffled and sauteed mushrooms leave us craving for more of its crispy thin base. Arugula leaves added on to the overall crunch.

Lines of books on the shelves.

The teas served in-house are procured from A.muse Project, a local company serving blends of hot and cold brews.

You pay by tipping. Yes, this means you give however much you wish into the tipping box.  We gave $8 each.

Head to the counter, choose your tea flavors and afterwhich it will be serve to your table.

The Pink Couch

The tea salon is small with not much seatings.

The best thing however, is you can take your time and no one is going to chase you out once you are done with your tea.
Take time to sip, chit-chat, enjoy the silence and do your own thinking. Unfortunately no free wifi was available.

However despite the crowd in the cafe, it was still not so bad when we visited and there was no surge of sudden customers.

Walk too fast and you may just miss this understated shopfront.
Have an atypical tea expereince.

In response to findings and feedback from Singapore customers who have expressed a desire to opt for more noodles, you will be glad to ind out that the bowls have upsized! A bigger portion for bigger eaters. We were happy indeed.

I have been wearing contact lenses for the last 10 years. For us girls who had unfortunately made "friends" with myopia or astigmatism, getting the right eyewear might be a constant struggle. Lenses, on the other hand, give us the versatility, convenience and cosmetic enhancement for a more confident look. Why not join me in gaining total freedom?

 #Achievementunlocked.

Meeting the demands of my work can take a toll on my eyes with all the staring at the computer screens and reflections, causing strain to the eyes indirectly. The ACUVUE® Oasys® 1-Day came in handy as an update to my lifestyle needs.

I gave the lenses a shot in determining what differences and experiences they could bring.

If you ever experienced fatigue in your eyes while wearing lens, the ACUVUE® Oasys® 1-Day promises to wave them goodbye with the works of HydraLuxe™ Technology. Its EYE-INSPIRED™ DESIGN has tear-like properties that gel with the natural tear film of the eyes to provide all-day performance, and in keeping your eyes feeling comfortable throughout the day.

I love the fact that putting on and removal was very easy with the smooth HydraLuxe™ Technology. Throughout the 8 hours per day (or more on some days), my eyes felt total comfort with the lens and never once dried or tired. It was as if I had perfect eyesight once more and was enjoying total freedom. The reality only sets in when I had to remove the lens by the end of the day, by which, you will notice the lenses remaining moist and hydrating.

What I love is also the high-level UV Blocking features, blocking up to a whopping 99% of UV-B and approximately 97% UV-A. Our eyes definitely need UV shading from the blazing sun, especially in the tropics.

Oxygen Content

I was glad to learn my eyes were in safe hands with ACUVUE® Oasys® 1-Day's breathability of 98% of available oxygen with the use of Silicon Hydrogel material (senofilcon A).  The availability of oxygen is important in ensuring your eyes are healthy and infection-free. I have learnt the hard way with hard lens way back when I started out with contacts and it was no joke.

For a limited period, you can enjoy $30 off from retail price at $72 per box.!

Simply download the $30 e-voucher to try ACUVUE® OASYS® 1-Day (Voucher will also be valid for other key brands – Define™, MOIST® for Astigmatism, MOIST® Brand Multifocal).
Visit your opticians for an actual fit of your prescription.

Join me! Improve your active lifestyle and see your world clearer with the ACUVUE® OASYS® 1-Day.
