Museo, which means museum in Italian displays fine art exhibits and redefines the contemporary vibe with a gastronomic dining experience. 

Come wind-down to this peaceful sanctuary with a sunset dining experience. 

We had some wonderful cocktails for the night that the inquisitive, fun-loving you will be sure to enjoy too.  Museo has concocted a range of 30 cocktails which includes 10 brand new creations. 

Cucumber Mojito ($16) is a dietary cocktail made from white rum, cucumber, mint, and citrus. Enjoy hints of freshness and added health benefits with its vitamin contents.

This was my favourite drink for the night and I am sure many ladies will find this cocktail light and easy to consume.

The cocktail was paired with Tuna Tataki ($12).

All the pairings mentioned in this post are served in a dine-in-a-cup concept where food are served in a cup-size portion.

Museo By The Bay ($22) was mixed with freshly squeezed lemon juice, Apricot liqueur shaken with premium bourbon, egg white, fresh blackberries and topped with a splash of red wine. 

Fruity paradise indeed.

It was served with Deep Fried Camembert Cheese ($13). 

Yummy stuff.

Floral Melon Cooler ($18), another dietary cocktail was created from watermelon flesh, French elderflower liqueur, fresh citrus, and splashes of  vodka. Once again,  this cooler comes packed with health benefits as watermelon helps to improve blood pressure.

The melon cooler is best paired with Lavender Prawns ($14).

You may find the setup familiar. Yes, that's because Museo is set up by the same brand creators from Arteastiq Boutique Tea House — famous for their unique tea collections and offerings of social painting. Similarly in Museo, you too can enjoy painting amidst the fine dining theme.

 Casa Silva Sauvignon Blanc ($16/glass; $38.80/carafe; $60/bottle), a fresh, clean white wine with star-bright straw tones with honey hues. It boasts an aroma of fresh apricots and mangoes and a palate of crunchy white fruits with a subtle honey backbone. 

Perfect pairing with Cold Pasta ($11).

Casa Silva Sauvignon Reserva (same price as above), an expressive red wine with notes of ripe fruits, cherry, strawberry, and chocolate, well-balanced with French oak. Described as a harmoniously balanced, elegant wine with soft tannins and a long finish.

Served with BBQ Beef Short Ribs ($18).
