Michelin-starred Mak’s Noodle

Famous for its classic springy egg noodles, cooked al-dente and paired with wontons or dumplings. This internationally recognized noodle shop started in Hong Kong and has been brought into Singapore since 2015 with the local chef's commitment to ensuring 95% similar taste with their Hong Kong counterpart.
Go with the soup for some sweet delight which sees the noodles picking up the essence or have them dry with the sweet savory sauce.

In celebration of Chinese New Year 2017, Mak’s Noodle has introduced five new dishes with
carefully selected ingredients to bring in a bountiful new year.

Double Happiness King Prawn Tossed Noodle

($13.80, available only in Centrepoint outlet)
Prawn oh prawn. For the Chinese, prawn symbolises laughter due to its pronunciation in Cantonese.
As such, having prawns during the festive season promises lots of joy and abundance fortune in the upcoming year.
As for the prawns, expect succulent sweet tasting flash topped with scallion tossed in their signature sauce.

Firm and sweet prawns for a new year.

Longevity Shiitake Mushroom and Fresh Prawn Wonton

Noodle Soup ($7.90) and Tossed Noodle ($8.80)
Shiitake mushrooms, in Chinese folklore coupled with noodles, often represent longevity.
Have it soupy or dry with their signature thin long egg noodles.

Wanton wrapped with fresh pork meat.

Prosperity Braised Abalone and Dumpling of Tossed Noodle

 ($14.80)
Abalone is symbolic of abundance and dumplings signify wealth ensuring that you will enjoy great prosperity!

Vegetable in Soup

 ($5.80).
vegetables used are either Hong Kong Kailan or Chye Xin and are stewed in a special stock with more stems used than leaves so as to be able to absorb the flavour of the stock better.
Crunch-crunch.

Why Bigger?

In response to findings and feedback from Singapore customers who have expressed a desire to opt for more noodles, you will be glad to ind out that the bowls have upsized! A bigger portion for bigger eaters. We were happy indeed.
Mak’s noodles are traditionally served in its signature porcelain bowls, made specifically
small in order to keep the noodles from turning soggy.
