Can Green Be The New Black?

Mark your calendar for this Saturday.
As the first festival of its kind in Singapore, Green Is The New Black (GITNB) promotes awareness of how to improve the way we live, work and consume in our daily lives. The idea is to provide knowledge that inspires us to make more conscious decisions.
What conscious decisions are we talking about? They basically refer to anything down from the food choices we made, to the fashion and beauty products we purchase, or simply to the lifestyle we made and how environmentally conscious and sustainable can we be.

GITNB provides a curated platform to showcase and spotlight mindful local brands and influencers, who are making meaningful change in their industries and doing good in the world. The inaugural

event in 2015 included over 40 local brands, attracted over 600 attendees and reached over 1.3 million people digitally.

2 components made up the festival.

The Talks.
an entire day of transformational talks, bringing together some of the leading conscious living and working thought leaders in Asia and beyond.
There will be 3 tracks exploring conscious living, working and fashion:

1. BEING [Self & Inner Compass] – Overcome self-doubt, deal with your inner critic, and stay on top of your game

2. DOING [Working With Purposeful Impact] – Find purpose at work, connect and learn from change makers leading the way, and make more impact

3. HAVING [Fashion & Consumption] – Learn what it means to be sustainable and ethical in today’s world as we explore if green can become the new black

The Festival
Made up of  The Marketplace , The Grub , The Workshops, The Stage and The Party which includes an epic pool party!
Eat, shop, get your hands-on, watch performances and so much more

If everyone of us was a little more conscious in a few aspects of our lives, we would be happier, healthier and lessen our burden on the planet. That's the message GITNB wants you to go home with.

So come join in the fun!

The event is free to the public, however there is a fee for the TALKS and the WORKSHOPS.
