Fatburger Singapore
We ate Fatburger.
When Fatburger announced the opening of its first brunch in Singapore at Novena Square around October last year, there was quite a craze going on. Helmed from Los Angeles, USA, this burger chain was the go-to with its cooked-to-order and astonishing thick fat juicy-spilling beef patty burgers.
The crowd has died down since its opening days and I no longer spot long queues for it and anytime is still a good time to try them out if you have not.
P.S: If you are up for a challenge, order the Quad Burger ( 4-patty) and devour it to earn a spot (photo and certificate) at their Wall of Fame, right in the restaurant. We spotted lots of celebrities who had conquered the challenge.
The XXL Double Beef Patty was the boomz. Tender juicy beef patty which gave us great pleasure chomping it down. We tasted the minced beef but it wasn't tough at all, maintaining its juicy and freshness all the same. Sandwiched between buttery brioche buns and it's a must-order. Top up to a 'Fat' meal with fries and drinks.
Sinful but what an enjoyment.
The Grilled Chicken sandwich perhaps paled in comparison with its meatier cousin, fared on the 'normal' side. It was great but wasn't as juicy-leaking as its fellow burger cousins.
The milkshake was awesome. Sweet, milky and crunchy with the cookies and cream, it's your best bet.
You can't go away from Fatburger without trying their milkshake at least once, can't you?
