Eating Chips

Was elated to finally tried out the much-raved Fish & Chicks when it opened an outlet at Orchard Cineleisure, away from it's first outlet at AMK. Definitely a cause for joy. Having read numerous reviews on the long queue and waiting time at their AMK brunch, we were glad to find out the Cineleisure outlet was a total breeze with no queue! 

We were there last month in October.

Yeah, perhaps the craze has sort of frayed off but we were extremely happy. 

The Orders

To enjoy the best of both worlds, we had the Combo Set, $13.90.

Served piping hot, it was what an authentic fish and chick experience should be. Fresh, smooth and tasty fish fillets coated in their in-house batter and deep fried till crisp before drizzling on with the Chili Crab and Salted Egg Sauce.

Both choices were great but we preferred the Chili Crab Sauce for something slightly special and not so commonly available.

Satisfaction Level? 9/10.
