Cheese and More Cheese
These new emerging products need no introductions nowadays as we consumers became swamped with creativity emerging straight from the many kitchens in our sunny island.  After many tempting IG photos swarming with Antoinette's latest cheese tarts, we decided to give it a go.
Here's the verdict from a 'purchased' viewpoint.

Queen Cheese Tart
The piece that caught most attention among the new flavors launched was the Queen Cheese Tart. Created with 7 blends of cheese namely Provolone, Reblochon, Gruyere, Cream Cheese, Mascarpone, cheddar and Parmesan. These handfuls are some of which I have not even come across before.

Ultimately, what turned out was not a flowing-cheese kind of tart.  Rather the filling was more custard-like and I was disappointed by its non-molten state to be honest, having seen photos of the Queen Cheese Tart looking all melty on the inside but turned out like-wise.
The standards should have been maintained.
Taste wise, was more towards the savory note and gladly mildly sweet wrapped up in a flaky pastry. For me at the price of $3 , it's slightly expensive given it's small bite-size.

Grand Cru Chocolate Cheese Tart
The Chocolate Cheese Tart turns out to be better only because the fillings were molten at the very least. Made with French dark chocolate. The richness of the chocolate brings out the sweet-savory of the cheese. $3 per piece.
