let's start with something cooling.
For a lighter drink, choose between Red Christmas Cooler- $8.90++ ( no alcoholic). This berry red drink is a fruity mix of lemon, watermelon and cranberry juice and thrown in with blackberries.
Cannot live without alcohol? Here's a light drink- the White Christmas Sangria- $16.90++
A refreshing mix of white wine, peach puree and diced apples and oranges. Bring on some festive mood with this~
For the next few upcoming items I am going to introduce from Morganfield's Christmas Menu, all uses this "secret" ingredient for marination and seasoning. Yes, here's the Rouge Hazelnut Brown Nectar, an American Brown Ale style beer.

I love the Roubon Marmalade Glazed leg of Ham- $168.90+
The people behind Morganfield's are indeed very generous. This whole leg of ham weighs 4-5kg and am glazed with Bourbon Marmalade. This is the highlight for your huge Christmas party and serves 12 pax and more.

What can you find in this photo-worthy platter?
- Grilled Sausages ( 4); Christmas Cranberry Sticky Bones (half rib slab); Christmas hazelnut Sticky Bones (Half rib slab); Bourbon Marmalade Glazed ham slices, Smoked Turkey Legs.
Morganfield's famous for their Sticky Bones, which are essentially spareribs. In true good old fashioned. these prime ribs are slow-cooked and smoked to tender mouth-watering yumminess and drizzled with BBQ sauces. For this season, 2 new sauce flavors- Hazelnut and Cranberry are available.
They are also sold separately in Half $28.90 or Full Slab $43.90 and comes served as a main dish with fries and coleslaw.
Sides incluede: Glazed carrots, caramelized onions, green beans...
More sides: Roasted potatoes, corn breads..
Even the turkey legs are displayed so artistically. :)
As usual, Morganfield's loves kids ( like me) and has this campaign going on.
Available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays for kids below 8 years or 120cm in height. Kids will get a free meal with every adult main meal. Maximum of 1 kids' meals can be redeemed per table. Not valid with other promotions and discounts.
Crowds even on a weekday. Amazing.

This bottle is big enough to go round the table I'm sure. This special edition malty ale hauls from the Rouge brewery in Oregon, USA.
How's that for some Christmas spirit?
Santa's Bug Mug- $25.90++ is as big as Santa literally. This 1litre mix of American craft beer and Kronenbourg Blanc is a "potent" mix and makes a good compliment to your meats and ribs. So heavy is this mug I need to carry it up with both hands. :)
Here's some light snacks ( equally sinful coz' it's so delicious and addictive).
The Beer Candied Bacon $8.90++.
This handy snack gets a Christmas revamp when bacon combines with the Rouge Hazelnut Brown Nectar Beer. Sweet meat. Taste quite like the westernized version of Bak Kwa ( Chinese version of barbecued sliced pork).
Hot favorite for us.
Basketful of Pork- $15.90++
consists of a mixed variety of our favourite Beer Candied Bacon, Pop Corn Pork! ( pun intended), sliced pork Bratwurst. Get this if you want abit of everything for sharing.
End off with the happy sweets. Really love this.
The Cranberry 'n' Peach Crumble - $13.90++ is topped with butter sugar crumble. Topped with a smooth melting scoop of vanilla ice cream, this is a warm-hearter, in all senses.
Dig inside and you will find cranberries and peaches. This sweet is served warm.
