Of Blooms and Sweets
If you would like some afternoon tea with a totally different ambience surrounded by blooms and greens then make a date at Pollen Singapore, located right within the Flower Dome in Gardens By the Ba. With every booking, patrons get a complimentary buggy ride ( from the taxi stand within to the restaurant direct) and entry of course, into the flower dome.
Thanks to sis for the lovely treat at Pollen just when I was feeling out and down.
Buggy
Let's start from the buggy ride experince! A prominent pick-up sign right at the taxi stand/ loading and unloading end of the garden.
Upon arrival, you will be led to the ground level and can proceed up to the second level which gives you the unprecedented view of the dome and it's exterion lush greenery and landscape. Bright and cheery.

At $38++, the set comes with a mix of savouries and sweets. Take your time to chill and relax and savor the yummy treats
The sweets included Chocolate and Macadamia Brownies, Banana Tea Cake , Petit Choux , Lemon swiss roll and macaron.
I have always preferred savouries and here they were, different forms of open-faced sandwiches ranging from Norwegian salmon, braised chicken, 24 hours short ribs focaccia with mozzarella and hummus dip with dukkah spices and toast
Wind Down
Head down to Pollen for some quiet afternoon for a chitchat or some romantic dinner.
Afterwhich take a stroll in the gardens. After all, it's the Christmas season, time to snap plenty of photos with Garden by The Bay's Christmas themes in the domes.
