Popular Populus

Had been wanting to try out Populus for the longest time since pictures of it's glorious food on IG. And thanks to ger , had the opportunity to try out. Thanks for the Bd treat JH. 

Great place to chill and chat and interestingly the servers are all male. That's pretty rare. 

The set up is very metal, industrialist and sits a good meetup point over food. 

Beef Ragu Pappardelle $21

Hand pulled grassfed beef, spiced tomato sauce, pappardelle, parmesan and shiso. A mix in of pasta with tender beef

Valhona Hot Chocolate $6 

Hot dark chocolate aftertaste.

Seafood Linguine $26.50 ( +$12 lobster) 

Linguine braised in homemade seafood bisque, crab meat and scallops lined the plate. 

However, the LOBSTER is not included in the original version. To get a bite of the succulent butter poached Boston Lobster tail add on $12 as I had below.
