Japanese Cuisine Visuals
After bidding goodbye to Honolulu Cafe, we proceeded for an exquisite visual feast at Kyoaji.
Kyoaji has just recently opened in Centrepoint level 4 and surprisingly there are really much more to be explored and you can easily find foodie delights at every level in Centrepoint.

Kyoaji Means "Taste From Kyoto"
Expect freshness from the fishes and seasonal seafood directly air flown from Japan, stored at low temperature for extra quality reassurance.

Kani Tofu $6.
We started with appetisers.
This crab meat tofu is unlike anything I have tasted before. It simply melts in your mouth.
Such softness.
Topped with the savory crabmeat sauce and the whole flavor was enhanced instantly.

Sashimi Moriawase (Jyo) $88
Such beautiful plating.
In this plate, you will find assorted raw fish delicacies ranging from tuna, salmon, flounder ( the transparent white pieces at the centre plate), shrimps etc.
Fresh, sweet and succulent sashimi.
Such a bliss.

Duo Maki
Comes wrapped in tuna and salmon. You get the best of both worlds and it' money well spent.

Gyuniku Fagura Sauce $35
Grilled Beef with Goose Liver sauce. Juicy tender beef grilled to perfection.

Executive Chef John Phua has almost 30 years of experiences in Japanese cuisine. In fueling has passion for Japanese cuisine, he is persistent in retaining the original style of Japanese cooking.

Zuwai Kani Tama Mushi $16
Snow crab meat steamed egg. Chawanmushi gone up-classed with snow crab meat and crab roes instead of frozen crabstick we had more often at eateries.

Fine, quality japanese cuisine. Checked.
Ambience. Checked.
Attentive Service. Checked
For such a setting and food quality, prices are rather affordable.
Enjoy a slow-paced japanese cuisine experience right here at Kyoaji.
