[ NEW!] PEPPER LUNCH BRINGS SALTED EGG CARBONARA, IT'S ADDICTIVE
Hello Yellow!
In August last month commemorating our nation's 51st birthday ( and in celebrating all things #saltedeggyolk trending now), Pepper Lunch introduced some new tantalizing addition to their menu. Elgena brought me along to a food tasting session and it was absolutely fun to chit chat and enjoy the egg-citing dishes.
Here were the deeds.
Starters to began with Pumpkin soup and mash potatoes! Yums
Salted Egg Carbonara. Oh Yes!
After some 15 minutes of waiting, our much anticipated salted Egg Carbonara came out pipping hot and beautifully set upon on the hot plate with prawns, chicken, dried chili and salted egg yolk paste. All there was left was to pour in the cream sauce!!

Mix the salted egg paste first before pouring in the cream sauce.

Mix well and you are all ready to tuck in!! The al dente pasta with the thick cream sauce and salty egg paste makes a savory taste combination, leaving you dancing and forgetting about the possible calories gained. The dash of curry leaves and dried red chili upped the spice tantalizing mix.

After much snapping and having the whole delish plate of carbonara, we ended things on a sweet note with the desserts. First trial at their desserts and it was good! Smooth and creamy
