[FOOD REVIEW] PLATYPUS KITCHEN ( BUGIS JUNCTION)

by - Friday, April 22, 2016

Finally had the chance  to try out Platypus and their lobster roll!
Though the lobster craze has died off slightly as compared to last year, I was still yearning to try out its taste. The outcome didn’t disappoint. The savory-sweet buttered poached lobster meat was succulent and freshly poached. Mixed in with roasted garlic mayo, chives and paprika, topped on the softbun bread. A smash of flavors created a happy-after-savor delight, if I may say so myself.  I was a happy girl indeed

The Platypus Lobster Roll $26. Served with salad and fries. Plenty of fat crispy fries later and we were all in glee.

Beef Ragu Pappardelle $17
The slow-cooked beef ragu is cooked with egg pappardelle and served with a sous-vide egg. Smooth flowing egg mix.

Signature Dessert- Molten Lava Dark Chocolate Cake $12. Have it instantly while hot to experince molten chocloclate flow accompanied with vanilla ice cream and everything dark~

Platypus kitchen at Bugis spots a laid-back comfy atmosphere perfect for chit-chats after a cozy meal. Worth a drop in visit!
