[Cafe Hopping In Singapore] SIN LEE FOODS

by - Thursday, December 31, 2015

Sin Lee Foods is no stranger to cafe hoppers. Located in the quaint areas of Tiong Bahru (along Jln Bukit Ho Swee), Sin Lee has since established itself as a heritage-turned-hipster cafe.
Retaining the old signboard of the former coffee shop which occupied the very space, the cafe's furnishing is a reflection of the olden days- at its simplest form.

The menu presents creative fusions of east meets west.
Delight your senses~

Salted Egg Sweet Potato Fries $12
You know the drill. Anything sweet and salty goes.
Crisply fried and thinly battered sweet potato stripes drizzled with salted egg sauce.

Fried Chicken & Waffles $21.90
The inventor of fried chicken would be proud.
I know, this is not the only place since for Chicken Waffles but it's still quite shiok to be having this big piece of well-marinated, juicy piece of chicken leg.

Accompanied with warm waffles and coleslaw to boot, this is a savory delight. Portion is not too overwhelming and makes great sharing for 2.
Drizzled on with the caramelized syrup for some sweet savory combo. Great taste.
