[Shoutout] First Ever Pedestrian Night @Orchard Road, Come Join in Every First Saturday Of The Month!
The first ever PEDESTRIAN NIGHT ON ORCHARD ROAD happened last 4 July. Were you there to catch the festivities highlights?
If you missed it, fret not as this event will happen on every first Saturday of the month from July - December 2015.
At each Pedestrian Night, the stretch between Scotts Road and Bideford Road will be closed to vehicular
traffic from 6 pm - 11pm, allowing visitors to experience an array of bustling activities across the entire
space on the iconic shopping boulevard.
Talk about sitting along the road #LIKEABOSS.

4th July's theme was 'Orchard Road Flash Sales' which saw many mega departmental stores along the closed stretch offering unbeatable discounts and promotions.
In particular, TANGS even extended its opening hours all the way till 11pm that Saturday.

There was also a special A-list Shopping Party which went on at the Men's department with 20% off selected brands.
Here's where the "A-listers" were- at level 3.

We spotted one interesting booth by the AUGUSTAMAN magazines.

Visitors were also entertained by special band performances from Flame of The Forest .
This new-kid-on-the-block produces fusion music mixed up with
ethnic and modern instruments. Expect a surprising mix and refreshing
interpretation of new music style!

There was also the very interactive HAG Photo Booth for the
public’s enjoyment. Very interactive marketing whereby everyone was invited
to take a picture at the booth by sitting on one of the HAG chairs. I like!
Visitors were given a copy of their Polaroid and also stood a chance to win one of the three HAG
Capisco Puls chairs worth $1299 each.
