And it is! Anyone can achieve this via Clinique’s 3-Step Skin Care regime .  

I have with me the 3-step Skin Care Type 3 set for oily skin and this set is effective for  keeping pores clean by removing excess oil and dirt. Skin is free from excess build-up which might cause pimples, whiteheads or blackheads and promising to refine skin texture and essential moisture for a blemish-free complexion without any shine. 

How does that sound? 

This set includes:

o    Liquid Facial Soap Oily Skin (200ml) $35 on Luxola Sg.

We only need to go back to the basics with cleansing and that’s what Clinique preaches with their facial liquid cleansers in 3 skin-typed formulas.

 Using is easy- simply lather. With its light gelish gentleness, I don’t feel my skin over drying after each wash. Rinsing was easy as well. 

Well moisturised, breathing skin is happy skin!

Here I was cleaning on the lipstick marks, dissolved too quickly before I can even snapped a photo. But you can still see some faint pinkish stains just for contrast. 

o    Clarifying Lotion 3 Oily Combination Skin (200ml) $39 on Luxola Sg.

A toner which you can apply on a cotton ball and simply sweep across to remove dirt and encourages skin resistance building to impurities. However this product contains alcohol and so I am still testing out on a longer term to judge if I am sensitive to that.

o    Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel 125ml $60 on Luxola Sg.

Containing a well-developed formula which combines oil-free hydration and skin-strengthening ingredients, the moisturizing gel was created to maintain optimal moisture balance while controlling excessive sebum production for oily skin like mine.  Have been loving its oil-free texture, fast absorbing properties which is light on the skin with zero-burdance.  

Now that the skin is hydrated and primed, it’s time for makeup fun!
