[Cafe Hopping in Singapore] Le Halo cafe (Tiong Bahru, Jalan Bukit Ho Swee)
This whimsical cafe, which brings back memories of childhood, is not at the Tiong Bahru hipster area around the Tiong Bahru Market area. Rather' it's a 15 mins walk along the housing estates and past Singapore Examinations Board, behind the Tiong Bahru train station.

Chapteh? So cute right? 70s 80s vibe.
Here's what you can order.
Heighten up your happiness level with the Fluffy Rainbow Cake $8.
How's that, Sunshine? As always, rainbow cakes make me happy.
Afterwhich, how about a warm glass of Rose Cafe Latte $5.80.
Was worried it might be too sweet to go with the rainbow cake, but the lady boss was kind to assure she could put in lesser rose syrup. In all, an awesome blend of sweet rose and latte fragrance and enjoyed the drink much.
All the vintage, childhood games around you!
Visit this fun, quirky cafe, right besides Sin Lee Foods if you want to spend some quiet time. Mains are served as well,
