My ger and I were at NOM aka No Other Meaning cafe after seeing so many gorgeous pictures of their food, and decided we had to go there one day. What attracted me was their gorgeous looking rainbow cakes! Don't believe? Read on.
Located right inside the Macpherson CC, you will be amazed by the crowd dining there. We know we were. It was a never ending queue.

We had no choice but to sit outdoors, under the hot sun, with hardly any shade. Crowds gathered in for morning breakfast/ brunch (11am-3pm) and I can gladly agree that NOM is a relaxing place to chill ( inside the air condition that is ^^)

Well, amazing food was worth waiting and risking for from the UV rays.
Here's our order:
Pizza was Half Half: Smoked Duck and Smoked Salmon $16.90. Served on thin crust and laid with cheese and all goodness, this pizza was easy to eat without feeling bloated with carbo at the end of it.
I say indulge and eat!

Other that the hotness, we were alright with waiting for the delicious fare and surprisingly waiting time was pretty decent like 20mins or so. Was expecting some 45mins judging from the crowd.
Of course, out in the sun we get to shoot some good pictures under good lighting~~ without editing

Next up, Slow Roast Bird Leg $13.90~~ Awesome Tender grilled 'Farmed Chicken Leg' comes served with Mash Potato in Cranberry sauce and salad. YUMS~~

I have to say NOM's Rainbow Cakes are one of the prettiest around. Priced at  $7.90, the cakes come in 3 flavors- Oreo, Caramel and Dark Chocolate. We had the oreo version and it was just bliss~ The cake was moist and spongy, not overly sweet or too stuffed with cream. Texture was light and good.
I wanna try everything on their menu seriously!!~~

Lastly, wash down with a Nomster Monster Kiwi Ice Blended $4.90 and oh, life is good with good food at economical prices ^^.

Every girl becomes a happy girl with the rainbow cake, no joke. ^^
By the way, NOM has no service charges and GST! You are right. That's how awesome this place is- good food, good price. thank you!! I wished I lived nearby to have them every week but unfortunately it was pretty far for us.

Nevertheless, make a trip down if you haven't already. Go go go!
