Xi Men Ding also understands the current demand for healthier options from our diners.
In view of such demands, they have introduced new salad dishes. Featuring Xi Men Ding’s very own homemade salad dressing. Diners may opt for the classic Taiwanese Goma dressing that is sure to suit your palate while keeping an eye on your waistline. Another new dish that all diners should look out for is the Deep-fried Dancing Fish. Prepared with much intricacy and attention to detail, the fish is elegantly presented, but not without a dramatic flair as the name suggests.
