[FOOD REVIEW] PORCUPINE SKEWERS

by - Wednesday, March 02, 2016

If you live or work around the Bukit Batok Crescent area, you are in luck, for there is now a night spot for you to chill after work.  Have some skewers to go with your beer sounds like a great way to chill no?
Now you can, at Porcupine Skewers. Thanks to Elgena's introduction, we came to know of this hideout. Located among the industrial estates, this little cafe is strangely well known by nearby residents and office workers via word-of-mouth.

Bacon with Enoki Mushrooms $2.80

Bacon with quail eggs $2.8 per stick

Potatoes with Bell Peppers

To go with your skewers, there are a range of specially concocted sauces for your dipping!

Whimsical interior decorations makes the cafe a good photography spot.

What's even more amazing is they have their own beer brewery! Not coffee brewery but beer! How cool is that. Brewing takes place daily in the morning no less.

Specials for that day include the Stir Fry Garlic Clams. Fresh succulent and flavorful clams which make great beer/ alcohol companionship.

The specials on that day we visited was Curry Chicken and varies daily. The curry was really fragrant, thick and spicily delish. Goes well with yummy rice.

Elgena's favorite- Deep Fried Pork Belly.

Juicy pork belly fats sandwiched with the pork meat,

Cider Beer~
