You Can't Miss Out After You Dessert Cafe While In Bangkok, Thailand
Back with another article on the cafes in Bangkok (BKK) and this time the limelight is on After You Dessert Cafe. With many outlets in downtown BKK, some of the more accessible ones will have to be at Central World or Siam Paragon. 
I have witnessed long queues during peak periods and coincidentally, or not, many Singaporeans were there too. Guess we all love cafe hopping. The After You Dessert cafe has been Instagrammed countlessly it has almost become a holy grail for Singaporeans who visit Bangkok.
( *Updated Aug 2017: Fast forward 2 years later and it seems like the craze has died down of sorts. Passing by the outlets, I did not see unusually long queues, though still enjoying robust business with customers in stores.)
A cozy, relaxing vibe surrounds this little cafe.
It's a treat to relax at the cafe after a day of shopping or simply to chill.

We had the much-raved Shibuya Honey Toast 175 Baht.
One of the best Shibuya Toast we had and the best seller in After You.
Okay it was my first try but awesome enough. So much so we went back twice within our short span of 4 days in BKK.

Drizzle with honey and topped with vanilla ice cream, the thick toast was fluffy, toasted to crisp and buttery smooth. We polished off in seconds, literally.
Butter with Ice cream is a perfect marriage.
We saw the Banoffe Pie, chocolate anytime!
Banoffee Pie 155 Baht.
As the name suggests, Banoffee is a crumble chocolate pie combination of banana and coffee flavour, served with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel sauce.
And because we fell in love with After You's thick toast SO SO much, we headed back for the 2nd time 2 days later.
Very happily ordered the Chocolate Toast and it was as yummy delicious a combination as usual. Buttered and coated with choco sauce and ice cream. Melts.

Really enjoyed our times at After You. Good food at reasonable price and lovely relaxing ambience. Totally a girls' everyone's thing, right?
From other reviews I read, the most beautiful outlet is the one at Thonglor with their stand-alone store ( Similar to Audrey Cafe). Head on to their website for the outlets' addresses.

Sidetrack to another very popular cafe in BKK - Mr Jones' Orphanage. It was relatively empty in Central World but we did see a crowd at the Siam Centre outlet. Had wanted to try but our stomachs had reached its limit. Next time~
