[Beauty] Shu Uemura Clenasing Oil Travel Set
In my recent not-so-recent trip to Japan last year Spring, I found theses lovelies from Shu Uemura in travel size packages and have fell in love with them ever since. As most ladies would know Shu Uemura is well known for their gentle yet effective cleansing oils and I think, for many of us that was how we first came into contact with the brand. Perhaps even more so when we went on searching for a new makeup removal after Fancl left the Singapore market. ( But of course you can now purchase Fancl Cleansing Oil on Qoo10 market).
POREfinist anti-shine fresh cleansing oil
The gentlest form of all. This newly improved version is my favourite and the top choice for most ladies. Suitable for normal, oily and acne-prone skin.
Do not think lightly of these 50ml bottles because I have been using them for almost more than 6 months ever since daily and they are still so much products left! I can't imagine having to buy the full size of 150ml and how long it will take to finish the whole bottle.

Using the cleansing oil is easy.
1. Pump 2-4 pumps ( ensure sufficient pumps else it won't remove effectively).
2. Spread gently on your dry face. Add in lukewarm water to emulsify ( meaning till you see oil turning milky white). However for this POREfinist anti-shine series the emulsification is not strong so do not expect to see lots of milky white.
Using is definitely easy peasy.
3. Afterwhich simply rinse with water.
( I was told by the Shu Uemura staff in Singapore that it's actually not necessary to follow up with an additional cleanser thereafter as the cleansing oil is more than sufficient to act as a double cleanser in one go.)
Do you follow up with an additional cleanser after the cleansing oil? Let me know okay?
For me I do because I still feel uncomfortable with the film of "oiliness". However I was told by the staff this is normal and it's not oil but a good protective layer.
What do you ladies think? Cleanser or not? Anyway, thereafter you will leave with a cleansed face!
