I know everyone has been to TCC at some point or another but do you know they have been around in Singapore since 2003? That's 10 years already! Besides serving gourmet coffees, they have an extensive menu selections from appetizers, sandwiches to main courses and desserts, bound to satisfy your taste buds. What is there not to love? ( I sound like I am doing an advertisement, but no, I am not. haha)

I have loved TCC for the longest time and with so many eateries in Singapore we are definitely spoilt for choices.
TCC serves an extensive, mouth-watering menu and at such reasonable prices, thoughtful exquisite displays have been put into every dishes. For that I feel I have to do them justice by posting pictures of their glorious food here.

P.S: And since July is my birthday month, I am eating and dining a lot ... hahaha look out for more upcoming food reviews!

Crisp Club Sandwich  $16.
This mega sandwich is my all time favourite. Stacked with fried chicken, bacon, cheese, eggs and onion focaccia. The crispiness of the chicken and tastiness of the whole package is * glurp* Happiness!

Baby Crayfish Salad $15.
Don't think that this is just your typical "leaves" salad.  It's really fantastic. Crisp lettuce tossed with wafu dressing and crowned with baby crayfish mayo, avocado and toniko makes the whole salad experience all so satisfying. This alone is definitely enough to fill up your stomach.

Puffy Triplets $12.50.
Profiteroles filled with chocolate ice-cream and a brownie base..... drool~~~

My first sighting of a coffee drip maker in TCC! Or maybe I didn't pay attention at other outlets of theirs?
Way cool~
It's really functioning. Not just on display.

NEW: Tobiko Scallop Pasta $21.
Such juicy scallops adorned with tobiko on the spaghetti seasoned with Japanese Soy dressings. Overall this dish is light in taste, not too oily or heavy a burden for your stomach. YUMMY!

Snacks Selection: Shrooms Bite $10.80.
Fluffy pastry filled with sauteed mushroom. Crispy and fragrant with melted cheese!

The interior...

Snacks Selection: Prawn Cheese-a-toast  $10.50.
Baguette slices are topped with prawn and cheese and baked till crispy! I love this combo~~~
Such intricate decorations.

Pan-Fried salmon with Citrus White Wine Sauce $ 24.80
This is the type of well-done salmon I love. Paired with wedges and asparagus, the highlight comes from accompanying the salmon with the fragrant light wine sauce and lemon salsa. Muacks!

Pan-seared Chicken Breast with Shogayaki sauce $22.
Don't be fooled by its seemingly ordinary appearance. The chicken breast meat is really fresh and tender and goes well with the shogayaki sauce and the green edamame cream. Served with potatoes, lotus root slices and broccolini.
Received big praises from my companions.

Oven-roasted White Fish with Yuzu Sauce $24.30
Fish is always welcome... and White Fish matched with Yuzu is really refreshing and oh so lovely~~~

Desserts: Milky Choc Mousse with Raspberry Coulis $10.50.
A simple dish with big decorations. As the name suggests, ordinary but pretty looking

 Zestiny $8.
Lime parfait with raspberries and lemon meringue. The white sticks are the sweet meringue~
Love the display of this dish. Tastes wonderful too!
